To Get:

  • 1 spaghetti squash 

  • EVOO

  • Salt; pepper

  • Ground turkey/chicken

  • Tomato sauce

  • Basil

  • Grated parmesan cheese

 

To Do: 

  1. Cut spaghetti squash in half (long ways) and scoop out seeds

  2. Drizzle EVOO, a little salt, and black pepper

  3. Place cut side down and bake at 375 degrees for around 30 min (until you can stick a fork in the skin and it’s soft)

  4. Then make ground turkey and tomato sauce separately 

  5. Let squash cook for 10 min

  6. Mix together, add basil and a little parmesan, and voila 👌🏼

 
 
 

ah.mi Tip: Ask you grocer to pre-cut the squash for you (they are such a pain to cut!).
