We know you wear a lot of hats.  Do you work from home, go to the office, or travel? [ED: this interview was before the Covid-19 outbreak.]

These days, I work from home.

You’ve mentioned that you don’t need a lot of sleep to operate (about 6 hours of sleep per night). How do you stay energized during your busy days?

I think the most important thing I can do is start my day off with some sort of exercise.  A little caffeine is also often helpful!

When you cook, what’s a quick go-to healthy dinner you make for your family?

When in doubt, I cook salmon.  It’s yummy with just a little salt and pepper, or if I’m feeling more ambitious there are so many fun recipes to try.  I’m always trying something new to shake things up.

How often are you active each week? What workouts/activities are you currently loving?

Typically I work out six days per week.  I’m a pilates enthusiast so I do that three times per week.  The other days, I alternate between spin or bootcamp at Aarmy.  I just started rowing at Health House and I’m loving that low impact workout!  Sundays, I always golf--I walk the course which is an added bonus.

Do you keep it healthy when you travel? Any travel tips you always stand by

Always travel with a pair of sneakers so you don’t have an excuse not to work out. Walk as much as you can and drink lots of water!
