Simply put, all the other methods ask you to set unsustainable goals and crush them on your own. Research shows that just ain’t gonna work. We team you up with experts (who are busy women just like you) and create a way for you to accomplish realistic goals with your friends. Not only does it work, but the goal is that you’ll have healthy habits for life.
Can I do it without a group?
If you don’t have a group, we can match you up with a team of incredible women to take the 12-week trek with you! The secret’s in the sauce, and the sauce is authentic community.
How often do I have to work out?
Here’s the ah.mi magic: you set your own goals and we help you reach them, alongside your friends. We offer multiple fitness challenges, and you get to choose what fits into your schedule, during the twelve weeks and beyond. We recommend being active at least 3x a week -- anything from an evening walk to hardcore HIIT class. Sharing your goals with your friends keeps you on track and feeling strong!
I have dietary restrictions? Will I be able to do this?
Babe, yes. Eating healthy means eating what’s right for you. Our nutrition-focused recipes are simple and easy to customize for any restrictions, or use as inspiration for your own culinary creations. We’re here to help you find your new favorites that serve YOUR body well.

Ah.mi is created by and for women like you: on-the-go with no time for nonsense. We founded ah.mi because we knew we needed to take care of ourselves in the midst of the busyness. With your pals by your side, you’ll create new habits that work for you, your job, your family, and your life.
