Liz's WFH Breakfast Wrap
To Get:
- 1 Ole Xtreme Wellness spinach tortilla 
- 1/2 avocado 
- 3 poached egg whites 
- 1 Tbsp feta cheese 
- 2 tomato slices 
- Salt & pepper 
To Do:
- Mash up avocado 
- Poach eggs and separate egg whites 
- Add egg whites to avocado 
- Place filling in tortilla 
- Add feta and sliced tomatoes 
- Sprinkle with salt & pepper 
- Close tortilla and grill on a medium heat for 2 minutes on each side
