Chrissy T Inspired Spicy Tomato Skillet Eggs w/ Prosciutto π³π₯«
To Get:
- 24 oz jar marinara sauce (Raoβs is a good option) 
- 1 can Rotel (mild or original) 
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes 
- 6 eggs 
- Prosciutto 
- 2 Tbsp EVOO 
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh oregano 
- Salt 
To Do:
- In a skillet, combine marinara sauce, Rotel, and red pepper flakes (depending how spicy you like it!) and cook over Medium-High heat until bubbling 
- Form 6 wells in the sauce and crack an egg into each well 
- Reduce heat to medium, season eggs w/ salt, and cook for 8-9 min until the whites are set, but the yolks are still runny 
- Midway through cooking, tear the prosciutto and tuck into sauce around pan 
- Drizzle everything w/ olive oil, and garnish w/ oregano
