Egg Muffins
Makes 12 servings
To Get:
- 1 carton of egg whites or 12 eggs whites 
- Chopped bell pepper 
- Halved cherry tomatoes 
- Salt 
- Pepper 
To Do:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees 
- Spray 12 cup muffin pan 
- Add chopped peppers and halved tomatoes to each cup 
- Add 1/3 cup liquid egg whites or 2 egg whites per cup 
- Bake for 30 min 
- Once cool, place 2 each in ziplock bags for fridge 
- In the morning, heat in microwave for 1 min
