Tori's Chia Pudding
Makes 1 serving
To Get:
- 3 Tbsp chia seeds 
- 1/4 cup coconut milk 
- 1/4 cup blueberries 
To Do:
- Add chia seeds and milk to bowl 
- Mix and let sit to thicken (ideally overnight or in fridge for a few minutes) 
- Top with blueberries, and enjoy 
ah.mi Tips:
- Can use any type of nut milk 
- No fruit or nuts? Top with whatever you have in the pantry (try granola or cinnamon) 
- Put in a shaker or whisk with a fork to thicken
